Instructor of Accounting

Melissa Mattox began her career in public accounting, where she focused on non-profits. Later, she served eight years as the Tax Manager of a law firm, providing tax compliance and tax planning advice for individuals, small businesses, estates, and trusts. Currently a full-time instructor at Transylvania University, Melissa teaches all levels of undergraduate students, including courses in Governmental Accounting and Income Taxation.
