Alternate Payment for Add-Ons

If you would like to add tour tickets, guest tickets, or additional professional development opportunities to your registration, there are options to pay for them with a separate payment method. All you have to do is log back into our registration portal using your email address and Confirmation Code or Registrant ID, which can be found in your confirmation email from cbmi@uky.edu

Here you can adjust your registration details, access and print your class schedule, and add on any additional items such as tour tickets, which will prompt the option to pay with a different payment method. If you have any questions or need assistance with this process, please email conferencebilling@uky.edu.

 

West 6th Brewery Tour + Tasting

Sunday, July 26 | 11:30 am – 3:00 pm 

West Sixth Brewing is a Kentucky-based craft brewery focused on great beer, community, and sustainability. Explore our beers, taprooms, events, and more.

This tour will include up to 4 samples of beer and an exclusive tour glass to take home. The tour and tasting will last about 45 minutes to an 1 hour, exploring the facility with one of their trained tour guides. The rest of your time will be spent enjoying the provided lunch and taking advantage of all the taproom has to offer.

*Boxed lunches will be provided at the start of the tour.

Woodford Reserve Distillery Tour

Sunday, July 26 | 11:30 am – 3:00 pm 

The Private Tour and Tasting is an intimate guided experience of the historic Woodford Reserve Distillery. You and your guests will receive a personal walking tour exploring whiskey making and discovering the five sources of flavor from grain to glass. The experience lasts approx 70mins, concluding with a guided tasting of our Family of Brand whiskies, Bourbon, Double Oaked, Rye, Malt and Wheat.

This tour will have the Food Pairing Tasting: 

Private Tour with Food Pairing Tasting: Taste all 5 of our Family of Brands, each one paired with small food bites for a Spectacle of the Senses.

Woodford Reserve disitillery facility

University of Kentucky Campus Tour 

Tuesday, July 28 | 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm

Join us for a tour of the beautiful University of Kentucky campus. You'll be led by a student tour guide on a 60-minute walking tour of campus. Your tour will include stops at the Gatton Student Center, our campus living room; William T. Young Library, the University's largest library; Jacobs Science Building; a two-bedroom suite in Haggin Hall; Gatton College of Business and Economics; and various other landmarks on campus. This tour is rain or shine, so dress comfortably! Space on the tour is limited; register early!

Cost: $5. Space is limited, so get your tickets early!

Bites of the Bluegrass

Option 1 - Downtown Lexington Walking Food & History Tour 

Join us on the Downtown Walking Food & History Tour for an afternoon of flavor, fun, and fascinating stories!

Kentucky Horse Park - Old Kentucky Night

Old Kentucky Nights is an exclusive, after-hours program that showcases the beauty and serenity of the Kentucky Horse Park’s grounds. This private, evening program provides guests with an opportunity to tour the facility and enjoy some famous Kentucky hospitality in the heart of Bluegrass horse country. While at the Kentucky Horse Park, CBMI attendees will get a private performance of the Hall of Champions presentation, where 2-3 champions will come to the show pavilion for guests to learn of their impressive racing days. The excitement of the racetrack is brought to life by the elite group of champion horses that reside at the park’s Hall of Champions. Come and join us for an evening you won't forget!
