The mobile app will display your customized course schedule for the week, as well as the event schedule and weekly menu. Come prepared with your mobile app downloaded to allow for easier check-in.
What is available in the mobile app?
- Your course schedule,
- All course materials and faculty information,
- Schedule of all events and meals with their descriptions,
- Maps of Lexington, UK’s campus, and inside our classroom buildings,
- Ideas for how to spend your time in Lexington during the open portions of the schedule,

We will be providing a video tutorial for the app closer to the time of the conference with more details and tips for its use.
How can I access my course materials?

When will the 2024 version of the app be available?
Our mobile app will go live one week prior to the CBMI conference. We will also send a “Know Before You Go” email which will provide more information. Our registration team will send instructions for downloading and logging in to see your schedule.

Yes! All of our hotels are located in Downtown Lexington which is a 15-20 minute walk from the University of Kentucky campus, and all of our off-campus events are located in Downtown. There will be maps provided in your app with the best walking routes from your hotel to the events and UK's campus.
What if the group rate rooms sell out?
We have a limited number of rooms reserved at the group rate for Saturday night, but more are available from Sunday - Thursday. When booking through the links on our website if you see a soldout message, we suggest contacting the hotels by phone to confirm room availabilities and potentially get at least a few nights at our group rate. If our conference hotels fully book up, some other nearby downtown hotels we would recommend are the 21c Museum Hotel or 175 LEX, and there are also usually Airbnbs available within walking distance of campus or our hotels.
