Registration for CBMI 2025 will open on April 7, 2025. We hope you will consider joining us in 2025, our mailing list can be found at this link to ensure you will be the first to receive communications for next year’s conference!

Registration Opens April 7th.

Early registration is recommended. Class size is limited; therefore, enrollment in all classes will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Fee includes the following items:

  • Official College Business Management Institute swag.
  • Classroom instruction for all participants and access to course materials via mobile devices.
  • Transportation to and from the conference hotels and the UK campus.
  • Dinner at the Sunday Welcome Buffet, Monday Reception, and Thursday Banquet.
  • Monday group photo and a digital album of photos from throughout the week.
  • Monday – Thursday continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks.

Attendees can bring guests to our evening events on Sunday, Monday, and Thursday with the purchase of guest tickets. This cost covers guest meals, entertainment, and two (2) drink tickets. A discount will be applied to those who purchase a ticket for all three events.

Registration Policies

Confirmation: A confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact CBMI at 859-562-1567 or by email at cbmi@uky.edu. Please secure air and hotel reservations only after confirmation of registration.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation notices must be received in writing by CBMI via email. Registration cancellations received on or before June 27th, are eligible for a refund less a $50 administrative fee. Check refunds will be processed after the conference. Credit card refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt. Registrants canceling after June 27, 2025, and conference no shows are liable for the full amount due. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 27, 2025.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions are accepted. Please send us an email to cbmi@uky.edu if you wish to substitute for an existing registration. You will need to provide the registration confirmation number of the person you are substituting for as well as written approval from the original registrant. If your substitution request is not approved by the original registrant, you will have the option to pay or cancel your request. CBMI will confirm all substitution requests.

Scholarships

We are excited to offer 2 great scholarship opportunities to assist more attendees in benefiting from the CBMI program! 

The SACUBO Scholarship opens on Monday, February 17th, and can be accessed on the SACUBO website. This scholarship requires an application, and then a review process is conducted by the SACUBO Scholarship Committee to select 13 recipients. The applicant’s college or university must be a member of SACUBO in order to be considered. Applications are due March 14th, and winners will be notified by April 2nd! 

The Treasury Track Scholarships are sponsored by the Treasury Institute for Higher Education and are already available on a first-come, first-serve basis by emailing cbmi@uky.edu. Preference will be given to attendees in treasury-related positions. 

All scholarship recipients will receive an email with a promo code before April 7th to be used when registering to cover registration fees. Scholarships can not be used towards optional items like tours or merchandise.

Important Payment Information for UK Employees

As the UK Auxiliary Services CBMI team now manages registration internally, we are unable to accept ProCard payments from UK employees for registration and other conference-related fees. 

During the registration process, UK employees should follow the standard steps. On the payment page, a designated button will be available for UK employees to enter their department's cost center number. Once registration is complete and the cost center number is provided, our Conference Billing team will initiate a journal voucher (JV) to process the payment.  

A payment confirmation email will be sent within 7–10 days after the transaction has been processed through your department. If there are any issues, we will reach out directly.

Payment

CBMI payment options for all non-University of Kentucky attendees are as follows: credit card or check. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. For any issue you run into with credit card payments, please email ConferenceBilling@uky.edu or call 859-562-1567 and we will be happy to help.  

Checks should be made payable to the University of Kentucky c/o CBMI. Mail a copy of your payment along with your invoice to:

Attendees with an outstanding balance will NOT receive conference materials or be able to attend conference sessions until the balance is paid in full. 

Alternate Payment for Add-Ons

If you would like to purchase registration add-ons (tour tickets, guest tickets, merchandise, etc.) to your registration, there are options to pay for them with a separate payment method. All you have to do is log back into your account using your email and the Confirmation Code or Registrant ID which can be found in your confirmation email from: cbmi@uky.edu. Here you can adjust your registration details, access and print your class schedule, and add any additional items, which will prompt the option to pay with a different payment method. As long as you are using a personal credit card, this process will be the same for everyone including UK employees.
