Registration for CBMI 2024 is now closed. Thank you for your interest in CBMI. This year, we received a record number of registrations, but unfortunately, our space is limited in the available facilities. Regrettably, our waitlist is now full so we can't offer any more spots. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your enthusiasm for CBMI. See note above. Early registration is recommended. Class size is limited; therefore, enrollment in all classes will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Fee includes the following items:

  • Official College Business Management Institute swag.
  • Classroom instruction for all participants and access to course materials via mobile devices.
  • Transportation to and from the conference hotels and the UK campus.
  • Dinner at the Sunday Welcome Buffet, Monday Reception, and Thursday Banquet.
  • Monday group photo and a digital album of photos from throughout the week.
  • Monday – Thursday continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks.

Attendees can bring guests to our evening events on Sunday, Monday, and Thursday with the purchase of guest tickets. This cost covers guest meals, entertainment, and two (2) drink tickets. A discount will be applied to those who purchase a ticket for all three events.

Registration Policies


Confirmation: A confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact Event Producers at 425-420-1680 or by email. Please secure air and hotel reservations only after confirmation of registration. 

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation notices must be received in writing by Event Producers via email. Registration cancellations received on or before June 30th, are eligible for a refund less a $50 administrative fee. Check refunds will be processed after the conference. Credit card refunds will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt. Registrants canceling after June 30, 2024, and conference no shows are liable for the full amount due. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 30, 2024.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions are accepted. Please send us an email if you wish to substitute for an existing registration. You will need to provide the registration confirmation number of the person you are substituting for as well as written approval from the original registrant. If your substitution request is not approved by the original registrant, you will have the option to pay or cancel your request. Event Producers will confirm all substitution requests. 


CBMI payment options are as follows: credit card or check. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Attendees with an outstanding balance will NOT receive conference materials or be able to attend conference sessions until the balance is paid in full.

Alternate Payment for Add-Ons

If you would like to add tour tickets, guest tickets, or merchandise items to your registration, there are options to pay for them with a separate payment method. All you have to do is log back into our registration portal using your email and the Confirmation Code or Registrant ID which can be found in your confirmation email from Here you can adjust your registration details, access and print your class schedule, and add on any additional items, which will prompt the option to pay with a different payment method.
