Registration Policies
Confirmation: A confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact CBMI at 859-562-1567 or by email at cbmi@uky.edu. Please secure air and hotel reservations only after confirmation of registration.
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation notices must be received in writing by CBMI via email. Registration cancellations received on or before June 26th, are eligible for a refund less a $150 administrative fee. Check refunds will be processed after the conference. Credit card refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt. Registrants canceling after June 26, 2026, and conference no shows are liable for the full amount due. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 26, 2026.

For other issues with this process, such as registration details, complaints, and/or program policies, please contact the CBMI Director by email (cbmi@uky.edu) or by phone (859-562-1567).
Substitution Policy: Substitutions are accepted. Please send us an email to cbmi@uky.edu if you wish to substitute for an existing registration. You will need to provide the registration confirmation number of the person you are substituting for as well as written approval from the original registrant. If your substitution request is not approved by the original registrant, you will have the option to pay or cancel your request. CBMI will confirm all substitution requests.
