Biography:

Meet Anna, a dedicated data practitioner with experience in various higher education institutions in the United States and Greece. Anna enjoys helping higher education staff understand their student data. In her senior role, she focuses on extracting and analyzing student data using different business intelligence applications, working with a small and talented team of data "geeks" to make information more accessible and actionable.

Anna also consults staff at Duke University on data practices. She is the creator of three fully online, self-paced courses targeted at Duke staff who are interested in levelling up their query and data literacy skills. She is an active public speaker and a member of the Advisory Group for the Higher Education User Group, as well as the Higher Ed Tableau User Group.

Anna was recognized as a Tableau Featured Author in 2024 and has received awards such as the Tableau Public Viz of the Day (#VOTD). She also won the Overall Winner and Best Story awards for her sports visualization at the Raleigh-Durham Tableau User Group (RDUTUG) competition.

Currently, Anna is studying for an EdS in Instructional Technology at the University of Maine. Her journey reflects her dedication to data and education.
