Biography:

Casey Grimes is a leadership and performance coach, mentor coach, and the founder of his own coaching practice: Dedicated to helping high-achieving professionals activate their energy, clarify their purpose, and lead with conviction in every arena of life.

With over a decade of experience spanning higher education, leadership development, and performance coaching, Casey has supported student personnel professionals, university leaders, and emerging coaches in building sustainable cultures rooted in clarity, ownership, and momentum. His work bridges human development with high performance which helps with translating complex leadership theory into practical tools leaders can immediately apply.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, Casey specializes in energy management, decision-making under pressure, culture building, and developing leaders who create environments where high-performers want to stay and grow. His coaching philosophy centers on one core belief: when leaders manage energy well, culture strengthens, decisions sharpen, and people thrive.

Casey is known for delivering engaging, interactive sessions that blend research, real-world experience, and bold reflection.
