Biography:

Daniel Griffith is a conflict resolution specialist, attorney, registered civil mediator, and educator focused on supporting effective conflict resolution practices as a means of individual and organizational learning and growth. He is Director of the Office of Conflict Resolution and Dialogue Programs at Indiana University. He teaches courses in negotiation, ADR, and mediation at the IU O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He is principal author of The Conflict Survival Kit: Tools for Resolving Conflict at Work (2nd ed.). He contributes articles for HigherEdJobs.com and other online forums and presents at conferences, webinars, and podcasts on workplace conflict, diversity, and leadership topics. He also provides training and consultation on these topics for non-profits, colleges and universities, government agencies, businesses, and professional associations. He received his J.D. degree from the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law and B.A. degree from DePauw University.
