Biography:

David has more than 20 years of experience in human services working in both the public and private sectors, including work experience in for-profit, not-for-profit, business, government, and academia. Retiring in 2015 as a Human Resources Director, David directed a large university’s Organizational Development and Employee Relations programs. From there he went on to work as an Associate Director of Employee Relations for a large international technology company. He holds multiple training certifications, as well as conflict and mediation certifications. He is a Certified Master trainer for Character International where he conducts seminars for teachers and educators in Ukraine. He also serves as adjunct faculty at the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University located in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. David holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Psychology, respectively from the University of Central Oklahoma (Edmond, OK) and Wichita State University (Wichita, KS).
