With over a decade of experience, Denzel has helped hundreds of nonprofits and social enterprises secure more than $11 million in grant funding, develop strong program infrastructure, and build data systems that prove impact.
A first-generation college graduate who left behind the traditional 9–5 life to live and work abroad, Denzel now leads international initiatives from his base in Medellín, Colombia, supporting organizations across the U.S. and Latin America. His clients range from emerging community-based startups to national nonprofits and professional athletes launching charitable foundations.
