Director of Enterprise Risk Management

Gretchen Fitzgerald is the Director of Enterprise Risk Management for Syracuse University. She administers the Coordinated Risk and Compliance Committee, adopted an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework for the University and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Syracuse University ERM program. Prior to working in Risk Management, Gretchen worked at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs where she also earned an Executive Masters in Public Administration degree. Gretchen also holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Niagara University and a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University Law School.
