Dr. Lynda Batiste is the Associate Vice Chancellor and Director of Budget at the University of Tennessee at Martin. She has held administrative positions in Finance and Faculty positions with Virginia State University, Southern University A& M College, Alabama A& M University, LeMoyne Owen College and Baton Rouge Community College. She earned her PhD at Jackson State University in Higher Education Administration and her master's and bachelor's degrees in accounting from Southern University A&M College.
