Rebecca has more than 20 years of experience in public procurement. She has served public universities, cities, counties and the State of Arkansas. She has served in roles such as director and chief procurement officer. Rebecca is also active in professional organizations such as NIGP where she worked to enhance educational offerings by developing classes and presentations as well as her work as an instructor.
