Founder and CEO of The Social Experience, Rikketta Franklin, M.Ed. is an educator and entrepreneur driven by a passion to promote meaningful conversations and encourage relationship building. Through The Social Experience, Rikketta facilitates critical reflection that challenges current perspectives on community, building safe havens—in the workplace and beyond—that encourage authenticity, thoughtfulness, and growth. Rikketta developed her methodology over the course of ten years in academia, where her focus on authenticity and Master of Arts in Adult education has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical practice necessary for inspiring brands to champion civic engagement and take action. Through The Social Experience, Rikketta has worked with the University of Kentucky Women’s Forum, VisitLEX, Southern Association of College and University Business Officers and BLAZE Group LLC. She facilitates change through a visionary approach to social engagement and leadership principles at the vanguard of peer-to-peer collaboration. When she’s not curating change to reshape the modern world, Rikketta enjoys reading, adventures with her wife, and solo travel.
