Biography:

Shannon Walker is a strategic consultant and facilitator who works with institutional leaders and business owners when strategy stalls, operations break down, or teams can't move in the same direction. She is the founder of Elise Enablement Services, a consultancy built around one core problem: the gap between where an organization plans to go and its actual capacity to get there.

Her clients span higher education, government, and the private sector. Whether embedded in a long-term institutional partnership or leading a focused workshop, Shannon helps organizations build the operational clarity, team alignment, and execution infrastructure that makes strategy real.

Her background includes leading Strategy and Operations at Google Cloud, managing technical projects in EdTech at EAB, and designing leadership programs at the University of Georgia. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, a Design Thinking certificate from MIT Sloan, and CompTIA Security+ certification. She has coached business owners through launch and systematization, facilitated strategic masterminds, and advised leaders navigating high-stakes organizational change.

At CBMI, Shannon teaches Design Thinking for Higher Ed Problem Solving and leads a roundtable discussion, giving participants practical frameworks for the real challenges sitting on their desks.
